Shipping cost will depend on your country of destination.

Shipping options:

– Delivery via Standard shipping with Georgian Post, may take up to 7-10 working days worldwide.

– Delivery via EMS, may take up to 6-9 working days worldwide.

– Express delivery via Avia, takes 3-6 working days worldwide.

Once the order has left the warehouse, delivery redirection is not possible.

If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to receive delivery, we will either:

– redeliver the product to the correct address, if provided, subject to payment of additional delivery cost

– refund the value of the product (excluding delivery costs)

Shipping Times:

Tbilisi – Orders received before 3:00 pm will be picked up from our facility on the same day and delivered on the next day. Orders received after 3:00 pm will be picked up from our facility the next day and delivered the day after. Regions – Orders going outside of Tbilisi will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

Customized pre-orders will be delivered 5-8 working days within Georgia and 6-12 working days worldwide

After you place a customized pre-order, the request will be sent to our production team within minutes. Sewing starts on the same day if orders are received before 3:00 pm Georgian Local Time, after 3:00pm we start production on the next day.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Sheidish is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.


Return and Exchange

Thank you for shopping at Sheidish. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

As a small start-up in the beginning stages of our operations, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you notice that the product you have purchased is faulty, we invite you to contact us to discuss the eligibility of a return.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days

The Goods are new and unused

The Goods are in the original packaging

If our customer service team determines that your request is acceptable, you will be given specific instructions on exchanging or returning the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

You can exchange the purchased item for a different size or color. Just email us at [email protected] and request the exchange. All exchanges are based on stock availability. When we receive your return we will send the replacement to you. Please note, you can exchange only once per item. Note that you are responsible for shipping and handling expenses. Keep in mind that, we are not exchanging panties due to the hygienic reasons.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Sheidish customer is not allowed to return the parcel without following the procedure mentioned above. Note that you are responsible for shipping and handling expenses and they are non-refundable.
